HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE SANTA BARBARA MEETING

We need to plan for your attendance and for your lunch. Here are three ways to register:

  1. Print the registration form here, complete it by hand, and mail it with your payment per the instructions on the form. [For those who receive a paper Newsletter, there will be a registration form included with it as well.]
  2. Complete the registration form on line, print it, and mail it with your payment per the instructions.
  3. Prepare and send an email to john@californiamapsociety.org that contains all the information in the registration form. Separately send your check to Susan Caughey as noted on the bottom of the registration form.
